If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

- The piece must be unused and in original, unworn condition

- The piece must be returned in its original packaging

- Proof of purchase is required

Please contact us before sending back any return. Return instructions will be provided upon approval.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

- Worn jewelry

- Pieces showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration

- Custom or personalized pieces

- Orders outside of our 30-day return policy

- Rings that have been resized or modified

Refunds

Once your return is received and carefully inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

We recommend using a fully insured and trackable shipping method, as Sasan Jewelry is not responsible for packages lost or damaged during return transit.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the incorrect item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery so we can make it right.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different piece, please return your original order and place a new purchase.
